The Houston Clemson Club Annual Scholarship is a $1000 scholarship awarded to a student in the greater Houston area. A student is selected by the Student Financial Aid Office at Clemson who is from one of the following counties in the State of Texas: Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Hardin, Harris, Houston, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Madison, Matagorda, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Walker, Waller, and Wharton. The scholarship was first awarded in 2016. In 2021 the club raised enough money to endow the scholarship. We are continuing to raise money for the endowment in hopes of one day giving a second $1000 scholarship. Making a gift to the Houston Clemson Club Scholarship supports students from our area by defraying the costs of getting a top education at our beloved Clemson.
