The objective of the Lexington County Clemson Club is to promote fellowship among supporters and friends of Clemson University in and around Lexington County, SC and to provide support to Clemson University.

The purpose of the Lexington County Clemson Club (as stated in our Bylaws) is to promote the welfare and future development of Clemson University in its educational, scientific and programmatic purposes. The Lexington County Clemson Club serves alumni in pursuit of their careers; recognizes their accomplishments; perpetuates among them a sentiment of affection for Clemson University; encourages their support for the Clemson University’s programs and future development; encourages their assistance in attracting outstanding students to Clemson; fosters the sense of responsibility among alumni to support Clemson University through annual giving programs which strengthen the faculty and encourage teaching, research, and service activities through alumni professorships, fellowships, scholarships and public service, teaching and research awards; and is committed to maintaining among former students a spirit of fellowship and genuine regard for one another.

The Lexington County Clemson Club (LCCC) has a Board of Directors to conduct the business of the club. LCCC holds two meeting each year, the Prowl & Growl in the Spring and a Football Kick-Off in August. Information on the board, membership, and dues can be found on the Membership and Club Board page. LCCC’s fiscal year runs July 1 to June 30. LCCC supports students from Lexington County high schools by awarding scholarships each year to graduating seniors who are attending Clemson University the upcoming Fall semester. All monies raised by our annual golf tournament support our scholarships. More information on our scholarship can be found on the Scholarship page.
