Whether you\u2019re a seasoned volunteer or looking for a meaningful way to reconnect with the Clemson Family, we have a place for you. We\u2019re currently accepting applications for both <strong>Executive Board positions<\/strong> and <strong>Committee support roles<\/strong> that help power our club\u2019s activities all year long.<\/p>\n<p>From planning events to running fundraising campaigns, designing graphics to coordinating community service\u2014there\u2019s an opportunity for everyone to pitch in and make a difference.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcdd <strong>Applications are due by June 13, 2025.<\/strong><br \/>\n\ud83d\udce7 Questions? You\u2019ll support the current president while learning the ropes, oversee club operations, and help grow engagement and membership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Treasurer (Finance Chair)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A two-year term with a preference for financial\/accounting experience. Responsible for managing the club\u2019s finances, budget, and compliance, with a transition handbook to ensure continuity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scholarship Chair<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Leads our scholarship fundraising and programming efforts in collaboration with the Clemson Alumni Association and club leadership. Coordinates fundraising and helps promote scholarship opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Events Chair<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oversees planning and execution of all Triangle Clemson Club events, from game watch parties to annual signature gatherings. Works closely with committee leads to coordinate logistics, timelines, and promotion. Helps ensure events are well-staffed, engaging, and aligned with the club\u2019s mission and calendar.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\ud83d\udc05 Committee Roles \u2013 Ways to Support Club Operations<\/h2>\n<p>Committee roles offer a lighter lift and more flexible involvement while supporting critical club activities.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Communications Committee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Term: 1 Year | Members: 2 Committee Members<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Help drive awareness and participation by enhancing our content strategy and social media presence.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Graphic Design Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\nCreate promotional materials for events, including graphics, flyers, and branded content.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Editorial Content Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\nWrite and edit newsletter content, social captions, event recaps, and club announcements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Events Committee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Term: 1 Year | Members: 3 Committee Members<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Support planning and logistics for social and networking events.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Watch Party Lead<\/strong><br \/>\nOrganize and manage game watch events for football, basketball, and baseball.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Signature Event Lead<\/strong><br \/>\nHelp bring major club events to life, from annual parties to large-scale gatherings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monthly Events Lead<\/strong><br \/>\nSuggest and lead smaller socials or networking events throughout the year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Scholarship Committee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Term: 1 Year | Members: 2 Committee Members<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Contribute to the growth and promotion of the TCC Scholarship Fund.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fundraising &amp; Donor Engagement Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\nRecognize donors, track fundraising progress, and help with events like Day of Giving.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scholarship Communications Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\nPromote scholarship impact and events in partnership with the Communications team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Community Outreach Committee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Term: 1 Year | Members: 2 Committee Members<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Help the club give back by leading service-oriented initiatives.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Community Outreach Coordinators<\/strong><br \/>\nBuild partnerships with local nonprofits, coordinate service projects, and promote events to members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Ready to Get Involved?<\/h2>\n<p>Please complete the form below to share your interests, experience, and availability.
