He graduated in 1984 with a BA in Sociology and furthered his education with postgraduate studies at both Johns Hopkins University and Harvard University. \n\n\nBilly dedicated 27 years of his career to the United States Secret Service\, serving as a Special Agent. Prior to his retirement\, he held the position of Special Agent in Charge of the Vice-Presidential Protective Division.
