‘97 and the Clemson Alumni Engagement Team as we get a very entertaining 101
tutorial on beer basics you can enjoy at home through the holidays and new year!
As people are staying at home more often to entertain and unwind these days, Jason
will walk us through a high-level introduction into brewing basics and ingredients, the
do’s and don’ts of serving beer, tasting basics and general styles of beer and the ABCs
of pairing beer with food.
