DESCRIPTION:April 13 – 14\, 2018 \nWe are excited to have you back on campus for our 2018 Black Alumni Reunion! The Reunion Planning Committee has been working hard over the last few months to plan this event. We have some fun and engaging activities in store for you. Below is the schedule for the weekend\, and some other important information. \nSchedule of Activities: \nFriday\, April 13th\n7:00pm – Reception*\n8:30pm – Private Musical Concert* \nGuests are welcome to attend the reception and concert at an additional cost of $30 / guest. Childcare will be provided at an additional cost. Denote the number and ages of children when registering and we will follow up with you. If you would like to register additional guests\, you will be prompted to do so at Check-Out.\n*Adults Only \nSaturday\, April 14th\n8:00am – 9:00am Check-In & Breakfast**\n9:00am – 12:30pm Information & Networking Session**\nThis session will include an update on the state of diversity and inclusion at Clemson University\, a student panel\, a Q&A with university administrators and table discussions with fellow alumni.\n**Alumni Only \n12:30pm – 2:00pm: Black Alumni Luncheon**\n**Alumni Only \n2:00pm Depart for Clemson Football Spring Game Festivities \n7:00pm – 9:00pm Reception with Student Organizations\nThis event will give alumni an opportunity to connect with current students who are members of several multicultural student organizations.\nGuests and children are welcome to attend at an additional cost. Children 12 and under attend free. Adult guests and children 13 and over will be $15 per guest/child. Please note that Spring Game festivities are not a part of the Black Alumni Reunion activities. Mention “Clemson Black Alumni Reunion” when you make your reservations to receive this rate. \nMessage Regarding Clemson University Men of Color Summit:\nClemson University is offering a special rate for the Men of Color Summit for all alumni who register for the 2018 Black Alumni Reunion. The regular rate is $179\, but the fee for Black Alumni Reunion registrants is only $99!
