A degree may open the door, but it’s your skills that determine whether you move forward. Today’s recruiters are focused on what you can demonstrate: how you think, how you solve problems, and how you create impact.

In this candid, interactive webinar, you’ll gain insight into how hiring decisions are actually made, what differentiates candidates in competitive pools, and how to clearly communicate your value—whether you’re early in your career or looking to reposition yourself.
